来自英伦的乐队Ours，英伦风格总是用它特有的方式，诠释着感人的忧伤。
虽然ours确切说是五人乐队，但是他们的核心人物只是 Jimmy Gnecco一人。
Gnecco在新泽西出生长大，高中毕业后开始玩音乐，参加各种不同乐队。
直到1996年，当他经过一次短暂的休假回到美国，他决定要把全部精力投入到音乐当中。
没过多久Gnecco就引起了唱片界的关注，几个主流厂牌竞相开价。
Gnecco拒绝了好几家之后，最终和梦工厂签定了合作关系。
但这关系建立的极其缓慢——那一年Gnecco几乎没有踏进录音室一步，录制工作对于初入唱片界内部的他来说
似乎令人气诿。
在Steve Lillywhite的领导下，Gnecco 花了三年时间完成了进入这个圈子的过程。
接下来的这张专辑，2000年发行的Distorted Lullabies遭遇了强烈的褒贬不一。
专辑中普遍的忧郁感使Gnecco似乎和晚期的Jeff Buckley非常相象，声音、风格、甚至形象，以至于他的个人风
格不能得到合适的评价和赏识。
